Health & Safety
SCC has a legal responsibility for your Health
& Safety at work. Common issues include stress, bullying,
harassment, noise/sound exposure, and violence.
Work-life balance
Excessive workload, working hours,
unnecessary commutes, job insecurity, unsupportive
relationships, and lack of professional boundaries can all affect
your health and wellbeing at work.
Reasonable Adjustments
Reasonable adjustments are a legal
requirement under the Equality Act (2010). They should be
agreed in discussion between you and your manager. You do
not have to have an official diagnosis to qualify for adjustments.
